  Good service from apex lauceston airport. Quick and easy for pick up. Only thing is the car Elantra (updated?)we got has a fuel meter problem that not immediate updating fuel level after a refill. Rang and drove back to let staff have a look. Staff was helping but seems it's the first time problem happens.

  as its not big problem as long as I know fuel is filled up full, I didn't change the car as staff offered. A note has been taken by staff and passed onto drop off location in Hobart. I'm happy with the way staff deal with it and overall it's a good experience with Apex. Will use again.

  I cant recall the lady's name but went above and beyond for us. They pick you up, short drive to the rental, you could walk, no joke. The n we told her how our GPS is not working and offered one for free. We were so skeptical, but nope, this too good to be true rental place is just that.
